Make EARLY motel reservations!

Arriving a few days early or staying a few days late for extra fellowship and music/comedy theaters

A "growing number" of families arrive a few days early and/or stay a few days later because of the many fun activities in this exciting vacation resort area.
Make motel reservations EARLY because there is usually a Nascar race in Bristol during the conference time, and the motel always fills up completely.

The new room rate:  $61.65 per night (includes sales tax)

Holiday Inn is already under construction for the new conference center, which can have 1,200 seating capacity, where we will be meeting next year.  All hotel rooms are to have been completely refurbished by then.  The welcome center and lobby will be redone, and the full-service restaurant will also be reconstructed to include self-service food areas.

Reservations for 2009 may be made after April 21, 2008.

Early reservations, if made by August 31, 2008, folks who will be attending the ENTIRE conference, will receive a special bonus bag with extras .... upon check-in.
Early registers please e-mail us with your names & T-shirt sizes" at: magnifiedword@aol.com

This resort normally fills up early, plus the topics are very interesting and we expect a good crowd.

Call 1-800-782-3119 for reservations!

Use this special 'code' for our group rate "Great Smoky Mtn. Group" (not GSM Group anymore).

(same rate every night also for early arrivals and late leavers)

Lots of FREE meals are provided at area restaurants!  We also give away specialty items like T-shirts, jackets, Bible covers, umbrellas, aprons, waist pouches, and blankets either imprinted or embroidered with the conference theme on them!  So there are door prizes galore!
