Confused About Baptism?
There is
... “One Lord, one faith,
one baptism”
Ephesians 4:5 The question is,
“Which one?”
Many people are unsettled on the subject of
baptism, and understandably so, considering the assortment
of teachings on the issue.
There are several different baptisms in
the Bible. By rightly dividing the word of truth
(2 Tim 2:15),
the scriptures teach which baptism belongs to us in the
dispensation of grace. Rather than avoid the ‘cloudy water’
on the topic of baptism, we can ‘clear up’ the disarray and
appreciate all that God has done for us in Christ
(1 Cor 1:30; 2 Cor
5:17,21; Eph 1:3-7). The word
‘baptism’ means ‘to put, place, plunge, or immerse into
something.’ Paul wrote about the time when the Hebrews made
their exodus from slavery in Egypt. |

Faithful
To Tell A Secret! The Revelation of the Mystery
It is very clear that the apostle Paul was given a secret
revelation from God .... that no one else had EVER been
given. Scripture calls it the “mystery.”
Paul requested prayer that he would make
the mystery known. He was even
inprisoned for preaching the mystery.
Eph 6:18-20 Praying
always with
all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching
thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all
saints; (19) And for me, that utterance may be given
unto me, that I may open my mouth boldly, to make
known the
mystery
of the gospel,
(20) For which I am an ambassador in bonds: that
therein I may speak boldly, as I ought to speak.
Col 4:2-4
Continue in
prayer, and watch in the same with thanksgiving; (3) Withal
praying also for us, that God would open unto
us a door of utterance, to speak the
mystery
of Christ,
for which I am also in bonds: (4) That I may make it
manifest, as I ought to speak.
The very fact
that the body of information
God gave to Paul
was a mystery indicates
that it was
never before made
known to man.
1 Cor 2:6-8
Howbeit we
speak wisdom among them that are perfect
(mature):
yet not the wisdom of this world, nor of the princes of this
world, that come to nought:
(2 Cor 4:4 calls
Satan ‘the god of this world.’)
(7) But we speak the wisdom of God in a
mystery,
even the hidden wisdom, which God ordained before the
world unto our glory: (8) Which none of the princes of
this world knew: for had they known it, they
would not have crucified the Lord
of glory. |

God's Healing Program
Did you ever know of a person who had a
disease that saw a doctor, was admitted to the hospital, had
surgery, went home with prescriptions for medicine, and
claimed God healed them? THAT is not considered physical
healing in the Holy Scriptures! In this study, we will
investigate God’s remedy for sickness and learn His method
for handling infirmities of the flesh. We’ll look at God’s
healing plan for Israel, then His plan for us.
For the nation Israel, God’s chosen people,
Jehovah made specific promises concerning their illnesses,
conditional upon their obedience to His laws, which He spake
to Moses.
Exo 15:26 And said,
IF thou wilt diligently hearken to the voice of the LORD thy
God, and wilt do that which is right in his sight, and wilt
give ear to his commandments, and keep all his statutes, I
will put none of these diseases upon thee, which I have
brought upon the Egyptians: for I am the LORD that healeth
thee.
David, king of Israel, wrote many spiritual
songs called psalms. He praised God for miraculous cures of
all physical ailments.
Psa 103:2,3 Bless
the LORD, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits: (3)
Who forgiveth all thine iniquities; who healeth all thy
diseases;
Psa 30:2 O LORD my
God, I cried unto thee, and thou hast healed me.

How To Get In
To The Family of God
How To Get In ToThe
Family of God
“Ye must be born
again.” John 3:7
Or Must Ye?
It will really ruffle feathers to say
you’re a Christian, but you’re not born again! What?!? This
study will help you rethink the words you choose to describe
salvation. Numerous stories, musicals, and songs illustrate
the ‘born again’ theme with tadpoles/frogs or
caterpillars/butterflies. Puppets or cartoon characters make
lively, colorful entertainment for young, simple minds.
However, a careful examination of the scriptures will reveal
the deception in the popular statement, “I’m a born again
Christian.”
Eph 4:14,15
That we henceforth
be no more children, tossed to and fro, and carried about
with every wind of doctrine, by the sleight of men, and
cunning craftiness, whereby they lie in wait to deceive;
(15) But speaking the truth in love, may grow up into him in
all things, which is the head, even Christ: |

How Much Money
Should I Give God?
Did you ever write a check that read, “Pay
to the order of GOD”? Did you ever toss dollar bills into
the air, hoping they would be swept up by the wind and
carried to Heaven where God lives? Of course not! How silly!
But giving to God is a serious matter to consider and a
sobering question is asked,
“Will a man rob God?”
Malachi 3:8
Considering the consequence of being cursed
by God
(Mal
3:9), surely none of us wants to be guilty of
stealing from Him! Therefore, let’s study His Word to find
the solution. First, we’ll see what God required from His
chosen people, the nation Israel. Then we’ll examine the
Holy Scriptures to understand what God wants from us, who
are living in the dispensation of grace
(Eph 3:1-21).
The word ‘tithe’ means a ‘tenth’ (that is
1/10th). Even before the law was given, Abraham paid
tithes to Melchizedek
(Gen 14:20,
Heb 7:6). When Jacob found the gate of heaven at
Bethel, he vowed to give God a tithe.

ISO ( In Search
Of God's Will)
The only place we can find God’s will is in God’s Word, the
Bible! God has provided salvation freely by His grace,
through faith in Christ’s blood
(Rom 3:24;
5:1,2,9; Tit 3:7).
Basically, God’s will is that He wants everyone to be saved
from going to Hell (eternal torments of fire) and to
understand the truth which comes from rightly dividing His
word.
1 Tim 2:3-4
For this is good and acceptabl in the sight of God our
Saviour; (4) Who will have all men to be saved, and to come
unto the knowledge of the truth.
Knowing God’s will is no
longer a secret.
Eph 1:9 Having made known unto us the
mystery of his will, according to his good pleasure which he
hath purposed in himself:
God’s will used to be hidden,
but no more.
Eph 3:9 And to make all men see what is
the fellowship of the mystery, which from the beginning of
the world hath been hid in God, who created all things by
Jesus Christ: God wants
everyone to understand the information He committed to Paul
about the Dispensation of Grace, under which we live.
Eph 3:2-5 If ye have heard of the
dispensation of the grace of God which is given me
(Paul)
to you-ward:
(3) How that by revelation he made known unto me the
mystery; (as I wrote afore in few words, (4) Whereby, when
ye read, ye may understand my knowledge in the mystery of
Christ) (5) Which in other ages was not made known unto the
sons of men, as it is now revealed unto his holy apostles
and prophets by the Spirit;
God gave Paul a wealth of
knowledge called ‘the mystery revelation’ for the Gentiles.

Rightly Dividing the Word of Truth
2 Tim 2:15 Study
to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman
that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the
word of truth.
The only verse that tells us ‘to’ study the Bible .... also
tells us ‘how’ to study. The whole Bible is truth. As we
correctly separate ‘some’ truth from ‘other’ truth, we will
see ‘which’ truth is for us, and ‘which’ truth is not for
us, but is for the nation Israel instead. ALL of the Bible
is FOR us, but it is not all TO us, nor ABOUT us.
2 Tim 3:16,17 All scripture
is given by inspiration of God, and is
profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for
instruction in righteousness: (17) That the man of God may
be perfect, throughly furnished unto all good works.
God said what He meant, and He meant
what He said.
Recognizing the divisions God placed in His Word,
preserves the purity of God’s Words, without changing
them to fit predefined dogmas. It enables us to
properly understand what God did in the past for
Israel, what God is doing now in the present
with us, and what God will do in the future
for us in heaven and for Israel on earth.
Though God Himself is unchangable (Heb 13:8, Mal
3:6), He did change the way He rules over mankind. |
