We had a great-time at our fourth annual Great Smoky Mountains Grace Bible Conference sponsored by the Magnified Word this past March! Attendance has increased each year, and this one proved to be no exception! Messages were centered on the theme of "Salvation to All and the knowledge of the Truth" from a variety of preachers. Richard Jordan was the featured nightly speaker on the topics of Calvinism and Arminianism. All the subjects seemed to spark lots of discussions! The opening banquet was a delicious success with lots of good food. Dark green and yellow balloons decorated the meeting room the first night. We provided door prizes galore! We gave away mugs, jackets, shirts, umbrellas, bible covers, tote bags, meal certificates, entertainment passes, and more! Three $100 gift certificates were given for free shopping sprees on the book tables of Grace School of the Bible and Pilkington and Sons Bookstore. We had drawings for five separate families to win a "free room for the week for a guest family" of their choice, so they have an entire year to invite friends/family who have never attended our conference before. Ladies had their own morning meetings. Teens had special sessions and lots of fun activities. Everyone enjoyed the scenic area and wonderful vacation time each afternoon! We hope "ya*ll" come next year!
