POTATO SOUP

Ingredients: 

Lots of Potatoes - cut in cubes

  • Carrots - grated or cut small
  • Celery - cut small
  • Onion - cut small

In a large pot, add all ingredients. Then season with the following spices:

  • Parsley
  • Basil
  • Garlic
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Boil approximately 45 minutes or until potatoes are cooked to a good texture. Thicken the broth a little bit by slowly adding

  • Instant Potato Flakes.

Serve topped with 

  • Shredded Cheddar Cheese and/or Bacon Bits.
