CHICKEN SALAD
Chicken breasts
Boil them in water about 45 minutes.
(However many you need, 4-6?)
3 eggs
Hard boil them and put in a bowl with:
- celery
- onion
- kosher dill pickles (Cut in small pieces).
Add chicken, mayonnaise (to make wet), salt, and
pepper.
Stir it all up together.
Sunflower seeds are optional.
Serve with bread, toast, chips, or crackers, or in pita
pockets. It*s
especially good on grilled bread. |
